Setup Scope and Support Schedule
Included onboarding | Setup Scope 2026-11-06.1
1. Order details
The completed Order Summary supplies Customer identity, setup fee, disclosed scope, kickoff date and the end of the 30-day assistance period. The business contact email is shown there. Provider is Trussted Roofing LLC, operating Pro Studio CRM, 711 Dartmouth Dr, Island Lake, IL 60042; prostudiocrm@gmail.com.
2. Included setup deliverables
The setup fee includes assistance with the agreed configuration within Pro Studio CRM's supported features: company details and branding; adding crews and supplier accounts; relevant material/labor entries and pricing supplied by Customer; adding supported fields and questionnaire questions; and preparing proposal and job-card templates. Provide an orientation to the tools Customer will use to maintain these records. Any custom code, outside integration, substantial import/cleanup, specialized document design, or other work not expressly included must be identified and quoted before additional billable work begins.
The disclosed scope in the Order Summary identifies the crews, supplier accounts, items, fields, questions, document work and any specifically agreed limits or milestone allocations. Unlimited configuration changes within that scope are included for the first 30 days. Siding estimates are not supported. Extra crews, items or other newly disclosed requirements may change the setup fee only through a separately accepted written quote. Submitting a request does not authorize any charge.
Setup milestone allocations, if used for cancellation, must be disclosed in the Order Summary before work starts and total the setup fee. If no allocations are disclosed, Provider will not retain a disputed portion of a canceled setup fee unless the parties agree in writing or applicable law permits it. No amount is automatically earned merely because the assistance period expired. The Agreement's setup refund terms apply.
3. Cooperation, schedule and review
Customer supplies accurate crew/supplier details and prices, branding, authorized document examples, calculation requirements, and approvals, without sending passwords or unnecessary personal data. Customer is responsible for reviewing the legal suitability of its homeowner contracts and approving sample proposals, job cards, calculations, recipient information and settings before business use. Provider's configuration assistance is not legal, engineering, tax or insurance advice.
The 30-day assistance period begins only on the agreed kickoff date after required setup payment and information are received. The Order Summary states the exact deadline. Provider-caused delays extend affected assistance reasonably. Customer delays do not automatically extend it, but extensions may be agreed in writing. In-scope requests submitted before the deadline remain eligible for completion on a reasonable agreed schedule afterward. The end of the assistance period does not by itself constitute approval of incomplete deliverables.
Customer reviews delivered configuration and reports specific deviations promptly. Provider corrects reproducible deviations from the accepted setup scope reported within 30 days after delivery without an extra setup fee. New preferences, added deliverables and changes in requirements are handled through a change order when outside the accepted scope. Silence alone is not a new payment authorization or acceptance of expanded scope.
4. Ongoing support and self-service
After the first 30 days, product guidance and troubleshooting remain available for eligible active accounts. Customer is expected to use the website's self-help features and available instructions for routine updates such as adding or editing crews, suppliers, materials, fields and questions. Provider may direct Customer to those tools rather than perform the changes for Customer.
Complimentary hands-on help after setup is discretionary and does not establish an ongoing entitlement. Additional configuration, bulk data entry, repeated account maintenance, advanced training, or new customization may be offered under a separate approved quote. Submitting a ticket does not authorize charges. No support hour, response-time guarantee, or 24/7 service is promised unless expressly agreed.
To keep support effective for all customers, related questions should be combined and duplicate tickets avoided. Provider may consolidate repetitive requests, ask for a primary contact, supply relevant instructions, or propose a scheduled session or paid work when the request is account administration rather than product support. Reasonable follow-up questions are allowed. Defect reports, outages, billing issues, security incidents, accessibility barriers and privacy requests remain eligible for appropriate review and are not subject to a paid-customization requirement.
5. Scope changes and acceptance
The parties will identify a requested change, explain any effect on price and timing, and obtain Customer approval of a written Change Order before extra billable work begins. A change order does not restart the 30-day period or change recurring fees unless it expressly says so. Customer can decline the extra work and continue under the existing scope. One electronic signature may accept this completed schedule together with the main Agreement and DPA. The accepted Order Summary is the completed customer offer; these standard scope terms do not authorize blank or additional charges.
