Change Order Agreement
Additional approved work | Change Order Terms 2026-11-06.1
Customer-specific change order
The review screen and signed copy state the Customer, quote ID, title, exact scope, one-time fixed price, applicable tax treatment and offer expiry. Work begins after approval, any stated payment prerequisite, and receipt of necessary information, on a schedule confirmed in writing with Customer. No recurring price or included setup window changes unless expressly stated and separately accepted. New crews or items beyond the originally disclosed scope can be quoted as added setup scope during the initial 30 days; other in-scope changes remain included in that period.
The setup cancellation/refund rule in the Agreement applies to this additional work. No hidden hourly charge or work above the accepted price is authorized. Material changes to scope or price require a new quote and signature.
Authorization and continuing terms
Customer authorizes only the described additional work and disclosed fees. No extra work above this scope or approved cap may be charged without further written approval. An optional change does not excuse correction of an existing deviation from the original agreed scope. Changes to recurring fees require separate affirmative recurring-payment consent to the exact updated terms. This Change Order does not otherwise amend data protection, ownership, liability, cancellation, or dispute terms in the original Agreement.
Provider will present the completed order and keep a copy of its offer. Customer may accept electronically by confirming authority, typing their name and deliberately selecting 'Approve change order.' Keep the change-order version, complete terms, customer identity and acceptance timestamp. Provider will send a copy to Customer and begin work on the agreed schedule after any stated payment prerequisite is met. Sending a support ticket or requesting a quote alone is not authorization to start billable work.
The typed signer name, title, designated email, confirmation of authority and acceptance time are recorded with the exact order and document versions. The signing checkbox and button constitute Customer acceptance; the subsequent payment authorization applies only to the displayed charge.
