Privacy & your information

Pro Studio CRM uses information you submit to respond to your consultation request, understand your business needs, and provide your company’s account access.

Consultation requests

We store your contact details and questionnaire answers in our admin inbox. When email notifications are connected, Web3Forms delivers a copy to prostudiocrm@gmail.com. Your preferred date is a request; we will contact you to confirm it.

Company accounts

Your account email identifies your company workspace. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Password setup links expire and can be used only once. When an administrator sends an account email, Resend processes your company name, email address, and secure setup link to deliver it.

Billing

Stripe processes setup payments and monthly subscriptions. We store billing references and payment status so you can manage your account. Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s checkout and billing portal.

Your choices

To ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion, contact prostudiocrm@gmail.com. We do not sell your consultation information.
